On-Line Registration Tutorial

Step 1: Family Registration

If this is your first Trip to the PLKC Sports Season Registration Website you will first need to register your family before you can use the Website. To do this follow the link on the right side the log-in screen that reads "Not Registered Yet? Click Here." (See Screen). If you have previously registered your family, do not repeat this step, proceed to Step 2.

Once in the Registration Form, Complete all portions as follows: (See Form)

1.1 Parent 1: You Must provide this information for the Family Registration. You can change this information and all other information related to your profile later by Loging into the Website.

1.2 Parent 2: You are not required to fill this out but may do so if you have additional contact information you want to provide

1.3 Emergency Contact: You are required to provide an Emergency Contact other than Parent 1 (or Parent 2)

1.4 School: Be sure to select St. Elizabeth

1.5 User Name & Password: These fields are autofilled by the program with you Email Address (User Name) and Phone Number (Password). You may change the Pasword to something that is easier for you to remember. NOTE: Remember this information, You will need it to login to the website when you go back to register for a sport!

1.6 Rules: Read the Rules and Check the "I Accept" box

1.7 Complete Form: Select any Volunteer Activities you would like to help with and then "Submit" the form. This will complete your Family Registration.

Step 2: Sport Season Registration

So, you've already registered with PLKC. Now, using your Username and Password (Created in Step 1) you may return to the PLKC registration page as often as needed to sign-up for St. Elizabeth Sports and other Evnets when advertised on our Website.

2.1 Login: Use your new Username and Password to login to the PLKC Website (See Screen).

2.2 Register for Sports or Events: Select "Register for a Sport in St. Elizabeth School" (See Screen) and proceed to the Registration Form.

2.3 Complete Form: Select a Sport to Register for and Complete the required information (See Form).

Step 3: Check Cart & Pay

After completing the Form for a Sports Registration, the final step is to review your cart and Check Out, thus completing your registration and paying the neccessary fees.

3.1 Check Your Cart: Be sure your registrations are correct before "Checking Out" (See Screen).

3.2 Check Out: Provide your credit card information (See Form) and complete your registration!
