BUS Departs STE 7:20, Arrive back tentatively 5:30-6:00 (Athletes will call parents about 45 minutes before pick up due at STE).  If "Self driving" be at St. Thomas High School no later than 8:30.  Dress WARM! Bring healthy snacks & water, blanket, ipod, homework, book, guitar, frisbee, cards, etc whatever to pass time when not running....I We will go to eat after meet as a team, so bring $$ for that.  Athletes DO spend time stretching well tonight! Going to be a great meet!
